Felicia is a former municipal Recreation Director, who has developed and implemented successful youth and teen summer programs which earned national accreditation and funding, as well as parent-manager mentorship programs, artist showcases and workshop opportunities.

Felicia revamped an annual weekend of arts and film during the onset of the Covid-pandemic, gaining approval and praise from various counties and municipal leaders, by establishing an original Covid-safety protocol and practice blueprint, successfully facilitating one of the first large, in-person and virtual events of 2020 for over 100 attendees.
